How to rename the Spoiler tag?

How does one change/rename/alter the title of the spoiler function?
The clicking on a tab/button/icon that reveals content in a box but with its title changed/renamed/altered.
So that instead of "show spoiler" it would contain "custom title here"
> [???]"custom title"[/???]

It also suggested to make a list containing forum based codes/functions not apparent for common members.
