Elder Scrolls If the next Elder Scrolls is Hammerfell... will we see the return of Daggerfall's 'Arab' Redguards?

Will "Middle Eastern" Redguards return?

In Daggerfall, northern Redguards were Middle Eastern or North African influenced, and lived in cities in the desert; while southern Redguards were more sub-Saharan and lived in jungle villages. I liked making northern Redguards and exploring the desert regions.

If TES VI is set in Hammerfall, which seems a strong possibility (High Rock is also likely), then do you think these Arabian-Nights-style Redguards will return?

In Skyrim when some guys from Hammerfell arrive the guards say: "They have curved swords... Curved. Swords":

So I guess it's very likely to happen.

To me, role-playing is riding on a carpet and hitting people with a scimitar.
Why use a scimitar when you can be an evil wizard on his magic carpet, hurling mysterious spells on the unsuspecting pedestrians below, like one of the Ten Who Were Taken.

And maybe you could even be a Shapeshifter of sort, first Ali Baba is you, then Baba is not you but door is open and gold is yours.

ESO already did that, so odds seem likely unless TES6 does something weird and drops the quasi-medieval in general (like going for a quasi mid-Renaissance for more sailing ship variety)

Also the Reguards with quasi-surnames (most of them appear to be place of origin titles more than true family names) have very arabian sounding ones

There should be an option in the menus for games about what races you want to see, defaulting to whites only out of the box obviously.

I think all future TES titles will be based on already established designs and concepts in eso. Bethesda is not creative enough to come up with unique designs, not since Morrowind at least.

Pipes down boys. Levitation and jumping were banned since Oblivion. So, no magic carpets fo you. Just carefully constructed circular dungeons and quest compass so you won't get lost.

I actually don't recall any sort of African jungle-like environments involving Redguards in ESO at all, really. They're definitely more of a Northern African peoples.
Though the majority of the Redguard NPCs are distinctly sub-saharan looking, despite the fact that the character creator lets you make anything from sub-saharan to southern european looking. Going to guess American bias in thinking everyone in Africa looks like an american black.
