I'm using the Ultimate Talkie Edition right now and it's pretty good. The classic graphics and music just as you remember them, but with voice acting that is actually quite decent.

I prefer the old graphics. The new ones are fine, but it doesn't have the same charm for whatever reason. It's probably just nostalgia, but I do like pixel art so it could have something to do with that, too. I don't know.

Do they adjust the "never pay more than ... for a video game" joke for inflation in the remake?
Video game prices haven't really changed that much in straight $$ amounts since the early-to-mid-90s, never mind inflation.

The graphics are fine in screenshots but terrible in motion because they made the insane decision to keep the same number of frames of animation despite wildly increasing the resolution. Too bad I didn't know you could combine make the ultimate talkie thing; would've been nice.
