People that abide by the "muh discord rules" are retard thinking discord cares.Maybe they don't allow outright blatant piracy, especially when done for commercial gain, but in our DOSBox Staging Discord we're dealing with "abandonware" DOS games all the time with zero consequence. So does the eXoDOS Discord, and numerous other emulator and software preservation related Discords.they don't allow channels about piracy
So I haven't seen this to become problem in practice, and surely there are certain activities that should be rightfully banned.
In general, I'm pretty sure if you don't do obviously very illegal things and criminal activities you're good.
You will only have problems if you have a retard public community that gets butt hurt by some reason and mass report the "server", some cease and desist request send to discord mentioning your server, or if you sharing cheese pizza, gore and other related subjects. And even they, it takes time if anything is done at all, given the many fuck up communities that exist and are still on in the platform.
