Fallout Is there something like Viva New Vegas for Fallout 3?

So guys, I wanted to see how bad Fallout 3 really was and installed the game. Now, after seeing how much VNV improved Fallout New Vegas, I was wondering if there is a similar recommended mod collection for Fallout 3 as well?

I get it, FOOK and FWE were pretty great, but don't underestimate playing Fallout 3 in the NV engine.

So do yourself a favor and immediately go for the TTW option.
