If you can, please give this video a share or a retweet or whatever.

The dev guy is a super cool potato and doesn't really have much money for marketing. Let's try and boost it's attention!

EDIT: It's up!

DoomRL was, I think, the only roguelike that I ever liked. In fact, I loved the shit out of it. Definitely supporting my fellow potatoman.

Was DoomRL even finished? Last time I saw it it was WIP but playable.
Project looks promising, just deliver it into pre-release state and I start caring.

Of course. It was finished + polished to a diamond shine for a damned long time now.

Then I mistaken if for other, similar project. It was looking more like Diablo1, believe or not.
Because it probably was the Diablo RL : http://diablo.chaosforge.org/ from the same guy

You can also check Aliens RL from him: https://alien.chaosforge.org/

But fair warning, I don't think any of those is finished, or going to be finished. They are still playable.

All projects in the Chaosforge stable are in some stage of updates being worked on/in the wings, even DoomRL itself---Jupiter Hell, obviously, getting the outstanding majority of the focus here in the immediate and recent present.

That said, I have every confidence in the excellence of this---though Kornel has been working himself to the bone to a frankly concerning degree for it.

Hello everyone, author of Jupiter Hell and DoomRL here :)

We're less than 24 hours before Kickstarter launch, so I thought I'd drop by and ask if you have any questions related to the project, the Kickstarter or even DoomRL. This is a totally community-driven Kickstarter, we have no publisher, no marketing company, we solely count on people who enjoyed DoomRL and want a worthy sequel, so it's my job to make sure that everyone knows what we're doing :).

regards,
Kornel

What's up with the slow-motion thing I saw in some of the gifs? Looks neat. Is it just for visual flair or does it have something to do with the gameplay?
