    I played StarCraft for a short while, but it seemed like so much work compared with Tiberian Sun: why do I need to micromanage everything? Micromanagement is for turn-based games like SMAC.

    RTS quickly bored me in the 90's due to how it revolves around hitting hotkeys rapidly for upwards of an hour straight... not my idea of fun.
