Here's a review of the franchise if you've never heard of it:

I thought it was funny when he analyzed the story and concluded that it was not a coherent story. Can’t wait to see him release an addendum on the latest entry.

Whoa, I thought this was a sweet little adventure from 1989. I had run across some altered version from later where a ghost or something actually has a voice actor, but just shut it off without thinking. So how many times has this game been changed? The one from '89 looked pretty damn good, haven't played it fully yet though. Shame to see people wasting their time screwing with altering old games when they could just make a new one? Or not, as I don't think people that play the '89 one also moonlight much as modern gamers hehe

Oh and his voodoo cinematic platformer from '94 is pretty dang cool too, but I understand it's unfinishable as the only version available now is a shareware demo and the full version was lost?

There's the original '89 game, which eventually was upgraded into a VGA game, not sure if there was much difference. Then there was an actual VGA game, which was basically completely different, in retrospect not really sure why he made it, since while it was fun, it was shorter and easier than an already short and easy game. Then there was the Windows '99 one, which was also completely different, and now this one which seems to differ from all the previous ones. It kind of feels less like he's trying to remake his game and more slapping the name of his most popular game on something he's doing with new tech.
