That would be "Healing Wind," and it's not sufficient on its own on hard. It's great for keeping up with random damage, but tanks still need dedicated healers on top of it. It also gives shit for experience, so you need to rotate through which Nature mage has to cast it or you'll find yourself unable to keep up with the required healing.
