Notice how the monsters will make noise when they 'see' you? They will also box you in.

He just released a new patch this morning which should address the placeholder battle system. :incline:

Meh, they said 'release' would be back in December and nearly half a year on it's still basically a beta.

Regardless of it being beta or not, it has great promise and he has fixed the main issue I had (combat). All the content he adds from here on out is pure gravy. :incline:

Does it have marriages yet? I don't see the point of an open-world RPG without that mechanic.

Cool to see that this has hit Steam. I was a backer but haven't played the beta in a long while. I should jump back in and check out the recent additions.

Picked this up this past week on steam. Already have around 25 hours or so sunk in to it. Lots of fun.

Not finished. Very playable. Lots of options still left out like banks, random NPC's in houses, map markers, colored map squares showing where you've been. Only 7 monster models at the moment. No end of dungeon boss monsters yet.

If they improve the graphics this could easily be the Grimoire killer.

    One year later...

Seven monsters? Come the fuck on. Wake me in three more years when they've finished.

Dev opened a Trello account, apparently his life essentially fell apart last year and he's been picking up the pieces. Nice to see he's continuing to work on it though, the game has promise.

    Welcome to the years 201X+.

Trello is actually a pretty useful tool for collecvting tasks if you do not want a full blown task/issue tracker like Mantis.

Being a developer is easy, you just need use words like iterative and incremental to sound like you know what you're doing.
