One thing you can do is stop taking 30 minute interviews and breaking them up into 8 parts to stretch out the content as long as possible.
I hate watching an interview only to have it end abruptly with a "ANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNND *Sheathes Drinking Horn*"
