Moderators who ignore people should be ignorable in turn

If a mod puts people on his/xir ignore list, like Darth Roxor, that mod's profile should be ignorable as well. It's only fair.

There was some progress made with Crispy and Scruffy made ignorable, but that still leaves at least one ignorista mod (Darth Roxor) in a position to ignore others (how is he doing his job as a moderator if he can't see everyone's posts? poorly, that's how), while being unignorable himself.

Please fix by letting all users put Darth Roxor on our ignore list, and never have to read his banal shit boring retardation again.
