So there it is. Clever way of keeping the vid from being pulled down.

Yeah, that does indeed look bad. So many retarded scenarios. Like anyone would be expected to calmly walk towards their own execution and not be escorted by 3/4 guards. Just stupid shit. Dialogue is bad. Obviously the conflict between the "Stormcloaks" and the empire is meant to be important and so they have to frontload that shit into the very beginning in unconvincing ways. Just fuck.

Now instead of the emperor getting murdered in the sewers by assassins we have epic! dragon attack. I wonder what they'll do for their next game - have an entire continent be destroyed? The Morrowind days of throwing you in the environment and simply saying "have fun" - and, more importantly, slowly introducing you to the main quest - are clearly over.

So where's the rest of the tutorial?

I'd expect the "walking calmly towards your execution" part. I reckon most people are well broken by the time they get to the chopping block. You can thank consoles for the lack of actors.

Call me a faggot (you do that anyway) but I felt kinda "sad" (well sad's not the correct term, dunno) when that guy in the video ("you") was sent to the execution... Ofcourse you know that you will get bailed out, but I actually liked it a bit. :/ In hindsight (just watched that again) it's p. retarded though. "Oh, you're not on our list, but we just make you a head shorter for the lulz and because we are so grimdark and evil lol"

Does it really fucking matter if you can't run off and get shot in the back during the tutorial?

Actually it's not even the tutorial, just opening cut scene. I'm guessing once you start fighting enemies you'll be mortal too, just like in Oblivion.

It would be a nice touch in a game that is marketed around choice and freedom.
The least they could do is make the guards force you to the block if you don't cooperate.

Yes, they totally developed a completely different version only for PCs.
