If they release SiN Episodes on GOG it'd be great.

If they also manage to take Levelord out of retirement to finish the episodes it'd be fantastic. SiN Episodes might not have been revolutionary or whatever, but it was still a very good FPS that didn't deserve to be ignored and cancelled.

Never going to happen. SiN Episodes would be a huge undertaking for a minor title that bombed on release and only boomer coomers likely remember for the marketing. Now, a more realistic goal would be to remaster the latter areas of SiN , which were clearly very rushed...

Hired Guns does that. With four characters and four split screens. I am not completley sure but I remember also that in some platforms it allows the use of up to 4 mouses for 4 simultaneous players.

Well little accident (SiN was totally removed from library of people who bought it) confirmed that Nightdive is working on re-release: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1300/discussions/0/2823131567379358453/?ctp=4#c3826311001003504077

Heh, I guess it was actually some deals. They also acquired Legend Entertainment games from Piko: https://www.gamasutra.com/view/pres...tary_and_HistoryThemed_Games_on_GOG_Today.php

    Spellcasting games too.

It's almost like they took PC-oriented games from Piko, while Piko's major interest is in consoles.

And it seems they have some relationship with Nightdive, which was involved in previous re-release of their catalog:

So they're saying they intend to release a Gloomwood demo soon as well as launch the game in Early Access.

    Okay. :bounce:

Since all sports events are now going digital, Ziggurat will re-release a game that will replace the delayed Tokyo Olympic Games. Purple Saturn Day, the galactic Olympic:

Actually Ziggurat outright bought them. They have acquired "more than 30 games" of 3DO catalog from Prism:
    https://www.gamasutra.com/view/pres...DO_Games_Catalog_from_Prism_Entertainment.php

I guess it's for the better, from an asset management company to a re-release publisher:

They may sold off PC-oriented games to Ziggurat, but Piko has acquired some peculiar/obscure arcade-y and console-y games around the world.

    Korean arcade games: https://twitter.com/Pikointeractive/status/1246972216606105600

    Spanish arcade games: https://twitter.com/Pikointeractive/status/1251321706003804161

    Italian arcade games: https://twitter.com/Pikointeractive/status/1258415242507431941

Few things from UK companies, O.D.T Escape or Die Trying, The First Samurai, The Second Samurai and Street Racer:

Two games from Zeus Software, Risky Woods and Biomechanical Toy:

And probably a big deal for NeoGeo aficionado, Rage of the Dragons:

Honestly, getting arcade games and Korean or obscure European games seems really damn cool and interesting, sadly, none of those seem really all that great, but hey, still appreciate it.

No. I imagine it's being pushed by more "important" (more popular, involving external companies -> harder deadlines) projects like Doom 64, Shadow Man, and Blade Runner.

Also their vision of remastering Powerslave seemed not so trivial after all.
