- The game's clearly inspired by BG1&2, has a similar setting, and the broad strokes are similar.
And Elder Scrolls were inspired by Ultima Underworld, while in broad strokes, you are similar to an orangutang. What the fuck is your point?
- Yes, the story has an antagonist that was the mastermind behind various plots throughout the game. Giving a synopsis of the story and saying "this is literally the story!!" isn't any kind of point. Like you can say "the story in BG1 is LITERALLY that your evil brother put poison in metal!" and it sounds completely retarded but the story in BG1 is fine
Let me break it down for you, toiletman. In BG1, you are unravelling an interesting mystery in steps. The iron shortage and bandit attacks, then the corruption in Nashkel mines, then the mage in Beregost, then the more senior mage in the woods, then the Iron Throneand their political games, and finally Sarevok and ascension.
In Shitmaker, it starts with the retardation of nobles inviting level 1 adventurers to become Barons, and by chapter 2 or whatever, it becomes obvious who the villain is, and the whole fucking game she just keeps sending waves of shit at you. Trolls, bloom, other bloom, etc. That's all the writing there is. Do you see the difference now you dolt?
- Yes, some maps don't have a ton of content. Other maps have more content. There is a bit too much recycling in my opinion, but these maps also tend to be where you find more interesting encounters, so exploration isn't the focus in these areas. "Moving back and forth like a retard" means you are a retard though, since the game's very clear about time limits on things and if you're planning to hit these optional areas you're meant to plan accordingly. Clearly your "80%/20%" isn't an actual statistic though. Also yes loading times were excessive especially at the end of the game
Yes it is an actual statistic. You remember I completed the game. If you don't trust me, print out all the maps in the game, and we'll go over them, and I guarantee you the large interesting maps represent 20% or less or the total, because the vast majority of them was tiny shit with a couple of stupid encounters.
And yes, you do have to move back and forth like a retard, because the quest timers are not announced in a clear way, and moreover, as soon you head far from the capital, some fucking emergency comes up for which you need to go back.
- If you were playing on Unfair, you're meant to be "pulling your hair out," hence the name. If you're not a masochist who enjoys that kind of game, but also refused to turn down the difficulty, you're retarded. If you were playing literally any other difficulty, and were still "pulling your hair out" for the entire game then you never got a handle on the system, ie. you're retarded. Again clearly your "70%/30%" isn't an actual statistic, but sure, there are a lot of mobs in the game.
I played on Challenging, you nitwit, and since there is no Normal difficulty in Shitmaker (yet another retarded design decision), that's the lowest difficulty you can go without being easier than normal, and yet, it already features mobs with inflated stats, which makes some fights unnecessarily difficult, especially if you are just playing for fun and are not a munchkin.
Again, stop trying to be witty. You've only got one thing in common with Oscar Wilde, and a facility for wordplay ain't it.
Sounds like that one really hit home, eh sparky?
