If that's some glowie tactic or just the natural flow of degenerates I don't know, but it's a common pattern and you can see it starting to happen on Codex. It's not a natural discussion and it is a problem that's being used to harm free speech websites because it forces everyone there to tolerate something intolerable or leave entirely back to heavily censored websites.

If there is a correlation between troonery and paedophilia, then I'd be really worried as well. Even when broadcasting their penchant is dependent on co-maintaining absolute free speech, it would not be wise to keep on attracting people who are such reservoirs of problems. Not to mention from the legal point of view. And simply because the rest will eventually begin to leave when the troon/paedo population reaches critical mass.
