These range from crippling addiction to spirits and opioids, to schizophrenia, lunacy, dementia and monomania. A feeble intellect and a clear lack of moral instruction usually complete the picture of their characters, offering little hope of reform. These members cast disorder upon our Shoutbox, where refined and prestigious discourse on computer games is oft disrupted by their erratic outbursts. Charity forbids their total exclusion, lest their passions wreak havoc beyond our digital halls.

I propose, therefore, a separate space, tentatively named the "Retardbox,” to house these unfortunate beings, including:

• Those enslaved by spirits.
• Devotees of opiates or hashish.
• Known recipients of public welfare programs.
• Victims of schizophrenia or kindred derangements.
• Political zealots.
• Inveterate onanists who propagate their vices.

I commend this to our wise administrators, trusting it shall help preserve our forum in its glorious path to PROSPERITY.
