Well thank fucking god they cut back on the massive amounts of descriptive text, especially compared to PoE 1, now you can read without losing your thoughts on meaningless crap like reading the biography of some random peasant. I mean it's still there, but less intrusive than in PoE 1.

does it stack if you take +2-hander dmg feat with each of multiclasses?

Don't think you can take it more than once - MC characters that take it on one class will have it selected on both classes without stacking.

I liked it too but I'm wondering why the game didn't import my class and name. It would be good to have a "template" imported and then I can modify it. Was weird to remake the char from scratch

I also got the click bug. Big meh. I chuckled a bit as I chose 'Decline' when they asked about the telemetry thing.

Full voice acting is okay, I guess, but I wish they didn't also voice those narrative bits. Luckily, after the intro sequence it stops.

Made a mountain dwarf devoted, with pollaxe as his weapon of choice. Let's see how this goes.

I didn't have that but the game does seem to have quite some bugs... as usual. I wish I had a dollar for every new release that is buggy

Bit update about soundtrack since i've played a bit. The soundtrack is amazing, Justin did very well.
Only exception is a single horrible combat track that i hope i can remove with some mod.

Cipher/chanter - suck or not suck?

I think Cipher is tricky to pair with. I think Paladin/Chanter is better. That said, Assassin/Cipher (Soul Blade) could be amazing. Another great combo is Paladin (Berath)/ Assassin. In that combo, you hit an enemy Flames of Devotion from stealth and follow up with Vanish (smoke bomb is the name?) and find another target to hit with Flames of Devotion with. You can one shot a lot of enemies with a two handed sword, even on PotD.

Cipher/chanter - suck or not suck?

Very fun multiclass so far, both in and out of battle. I have a feeling my stats are spread a little thin with it, but it'll make for some nice added challenge (I'm playing on PotD) and a fun build in general.

Hmmm. Do I buy this or not.

Got nothing in particular to play right now, and this at least looks beautiful from what I can tell... But it's a Sawyer game and that boat combat (CYOA style) seems unbelievably annoying.
Also bugs.


Somebody help me make a decision.
