i don't know how you got that tag, but i've always interpreted it as a tag for dumb people who insists that their wrong facts (e.g. the average height being 5" 7'/5" 8'/whatever) are correct

Since Kruno is obsessed with the "game Infinitron" (whatever that means) he's probably the Shitposter Alter Ego from Infinitron. It's especially suspicious how Infinitron immediately disagreed to Jacob's request to remove the tag.
