Consider that one is AAA "this is the new shit" CRPG by post-EA Bioware and the other is Obsidian's much-awaited opportunity for an independent CRPG with full design freedom

Dragon Age is p. good for what it is, PoE is just a failure

"What it is" is an attempt at reviving real-time party-based fantasy and build upon previous Bioware games. It failed spectacularly at everything except BG2-level romances, and then fucked those up in the sequels too.

The Steam Curator Page is pointless by default. The Codex is not a personality ala Totalbiscuit or Boogie and it is neither some "professional" entity like PC gamer. Community driven sites, especially ones with such highly fractured opinions should not have a curator page.

"CRPGs. Preferably of the hardcore, old school, non-popamole variety. Recommendations may or may not reflect the consensus or popular opinion of the RPG Codex."

The very descriptions makes is it non-nonsensical by default. We have the Codex Top RPG list (now with boxes!) for any sort of consensus and even that is being heavily argued upon. So unless you are Shillfinitron and want dem good ol' doritos I don't see any merit to this curator page existing.

P.S. Behead all those who don't recognize Dark Souls as their lord and savior.
