I am quite exhausted and won't be doing any potential additonal patching till tomorrow.
The screenshots and the trailer are a week or two old.
The game has a version.txt if you want to see what recent changes were made.
I do read the steam forums so if you have any problems post them there.
There's plans for a lot of more content.
