The problem is noscript fucks up some websites so hard if all of their UI relies on terrible JS.
Is there something like "alittlescript" which blocks most of it and allows some well known scripting styles which are save and not annoying?

There was, it was called uMatrix. It allowed more control over not just scripts, but other site content as well. It's deprecated now.

install a good browser, get umatrix, block reddit embeds yourself.

in fact you can do this with the browser you were shilling the other day, just activate "block scripts" and then manually whitelist what you want.

use an extension, goy. completely obliterate html5 autoplay from every instance of your internet to make up for codex's failings, goy.
