Unfortunately, picked up by Blue's News, they ran out of money. Unable to secure a deal with a publisher, Runestone is shutting down, and,as such, SEED will soon be no more.

Yeah, just heard about that half an hour ago. A real shame that the game is getting shut down because it had so much potential if you look past the bugs and lag.
