"AI-generated texts are tedious to read"
I'd prefer to call my texts AI-corrected or AI-translated rather than AI-generated (except for global map events, which indeed were AI-generated). Usually I prepare texts in my native language or English and then use AI tools to correct or translate them. But the tedious writing style itself is entirely mine—I wouldn't want to share that unique achievement with any AI! :D
Whoops! But I'm sure that I'm able to recognise it's AI-assisted because it has that thing where it uses too many words (adjectives especially) to explain a simple concept.

Also I think Zombra may like this.

Yes, accuracy can almost negilate this effect, but need to think what is more important, heal, mp, move or increase hit chance which is pretty good for melee. And there is no chance to max all attributes.

Yes, accuracy can almost negate this effect, but you need to consider what's more important—healing, MP, movement, or improving hit chance, which is especially useful for melee fighters. And it's impossible to max out all attributes anyway.

On the other hand, positioning matters even more than accuracy. :)

But as I read a bit better than write I could find completely different meaning for "which is especially useful for melee fighters"
For long reads and complex terms I can miss something )
In my initial message, I meant that it's already good, so it's not really worth improving too much. )

Small group of monsters was located behind a large rock, hiding from my Sniper. He couldn't get a clear shot without spending a good chunk of AP running around the rocks. So, with my guerrilla mages, I hit the monsters (and the rock) with AOE frost spells, blowing up the rock after a couple of tries, then ran out of there. Immediately, my Sniper, who now had clear line of sight, proceeded to rip the monsters a new one.

In another battle, a group of cultists had surrounded my mages, blasting them left and right with fireballs and arrows, and setting the surrounding area on fire. I retaliated by sending in my melee characters to distract the fuckers, extracted the mages, then proceeded to use the mages to launch several ice attacks at the enemy, wiping out 2 of 4 of them in a single round without taking a casualty.

This game is badass and peak kino.

(could be more difficult though)

As T4 tier is comming I suppose these numbers may be helpful to understand how to better unlock it.

So, the maximum possible proficiency is:
  • 1 max from origin
  • 1.2 currently from profession hall
  • 1 from 20 related main attributes
That totals up to 3.2 base proficiency.

In addition, there's deviation:

  • An initial deviation can increase the starting proficiency by up to 0.1
  • A deviation per level-up of about 0.05 per level, totaling at best 0.2 (assuming 4 levels gained in the profession)
Thus, the ideal maximum proficiency can theoretically reach 3.5, although this is extremely difficult to achieve.

Am I right to assume enemies can deal more damage later on? Right now at Level 7, my Protector and even Dark Priest rarely take any damage.

They have to... but I would like to check if you send me the latest save)
I was hasitating to release it now (deep night and I'm tired :D) or postpone till tomorrow. I could check the save and adjust values )
Creatures are not growing automatically when world level is growing, old parties have to disappear completing their goald and only after than new parties will be spawned (roughly 2 weaks). So if it's just beginning of lvl7 the 6 lvl parties may be still populated.

There are 3 types of parties on this level:
mutated animals
demons
advanced cultists

also creatrues and cultists are separated to 3 levels. In case of animals you normal, mutated, heavily mitated. You can differenciate tham by amount of "mutations " tentacles, tails etc.
Cultists may be differenciated by skin corruption.
The demons are not splitted they always lvl3.

I've checked data of that level. For lvl 7 something around 60% will be lvl 2 mobs and 40% lvl3. This proportion will be changed at next level.
I can not say what tier of your gear now, so can not predict damage )

Protector and Dark Priest are tank/off tanks. Dark Priest even will have shield in next path.
Are we talking about front attacks through shield or other direction?

Oh I was referring to my characters being level 7 haha. World level is still 3. My Protector doesn't take much damage even when flanked. Is my party over leveled?

At 3 world level the mutated (T2) creatures just start appearing. I'm curious why you are still on lvl 3) Maybe need to decrease impact to invasion on win... again... Easiest way to check is there bug with armor (which might cause that issue) - undress character and check the armor stats. They should be 0 if there are no armor and weapon equiped.

I'm still at WL3 because I haven't had much time to play. I'll check later to see if there's a bug with armour.

Got it) At least up to WL 4, I prefer keeping the difficulty lower, as these are the levels where most mistakes happen. I'm also considering adding the possibility to change difficulty during the playthrough. However, due to implementation constraints, not all of the settings can be adjusted, and most of them can't be applied immediately )

Since it's in EA, I'm worried the dev will just abandon it halfway :|
So I've kept my promise! :) I've just released patch 0.10.0.2, which contains the completed game. Of course, before the full release, I still plan to make some small adjustments, bug fixes, and balancing changes (in case the game proves too hard).
Still, I cannot believe this journey is almost complete. I’d like to thank you for your valuable suggestions, and I'm sorry I couldn't implement all of them. :)

Yeah that oblivion remastered was outta fucking nowhere. It was as if a conjuration spell went awry.

Thank you! I’ll definitely need that)) I'm planning to release a version based on UE 5.6 and can only guess how it will affect the game.
