Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
There used to be a download of the soundtrack on the official site, but it's long gone of course and I didn't find it in .mp3 form in the install directory.

Does anyone still have it?

Open the install directory, go to the Sounds folder. It's the .ogg files. Thing is, they're mixed with all the other sounds from the game (attack, ambiance, voices, etc.). Easiest way to sort them out: arrange files by size.

You can play them with foobar and vlc as far as I tested. Or get xrecode's trial version and convert them to .mp3.
