Also you don't haggle for a reward for baby lives unless you want to be shot immediately.

Actually the answers given under FO4 make the most sense by far.
Given the urgency of the situation a short answer is everything the NPC will tolerate.
Even the sarcastic yes answer makes sense, like saying how you always thought babies could swim naturally but you'll help anyway of course.


Seriously, some of you aspies really need to invest heavily into you social perks. :decline:
