I'm opening a dedicated thread because I just completed the game and think it's very good. If you like this kind of games (Shadowgate, Uninvited) you should really play it.

It's avalailable here : https://grahfmetal.itch.io/spectacle

It's significantly longer than their previous game, depending on how you get any stuck you may need more than 5 hours to complete it.

The arabian night setting is cool, the gfx and music are nice and the puzzles are good. There is some important amount of deciphering notes and other hints, and also looking for loosing tiles and such which is an important staple of these games (Shadowgate, Uninvited) which makes them feel like dungeon crawlers with very good dungeons. Extra hints are used with parcimony and in the right place.

Thanks for the catch! So... How many ways to die are there? Can you die right at the first screen?

I don't think you can't die during the intro sequence.

They added keyboard shortcuts for verbs in a patch by the way.

I like that they went with the style of the NES versions of the ICOM Simulations games, the best ones IMO.

They posted a map with all the locations, don't look at it before completing the game, but if you completed the game then take a look because it's damn cool :

They've already started to work on their third MacVenture style game, there's probably a long way to go but I can't wait to play it.
