hi

i have a druid,a bodyguard and a acolyte....

i leave Kellen, run into bandits and get my butt kicked..

any hints available for just starting would be appreciated

ps. i downloaded 1.21, patched to 1.35, when i applied the 1.47 patch it says my version is 1.46 not 1.47

yeah, there's a small display bug in which the 1.47 is not shown, it is patched properly, though.

Buy some good body armor for your bodyguard immediately and if you can afford it get the druid or acolyte a bow and some ammo.

Try doing as many of the quests in kellen as you can before moving on. If you do a few successfully you should be able to get 1-2 more party members which will help a lot and net some more cash and experience points. Getting yer weapon skills over 20 will help in combat a lot.
