Does anyone know how to disable those freaking Verizon flash ads that appear on the tower? They slow down EVERYTHING I'm doing especially when the money comes piling down.

What browser are you using? There's an utility for Firefox (FlashBlock, IIRC) that blocks Flash files, unless you left-click on them.

Once installed and up, goto "Tools" menu and click "Extensions." On the extensions window, click "Get more extensions," where you can get Adblock, and a plethora of other free goodies.
EDIT: You must close all browser instances to get extensions to start.
