I think it would be cool if, for every certain number of Trophies that you get, you can get a coupon to something in the RPGCodex store.

Suggestion: Ban all advocates of trophies.

Probably a little costly for the admins
We could integrate achievements a little more closely with the forum this way:

Trophies give points
Points are probably a more accurate representation of a poster's worth than strict post count (think of your own example)
Replace reported post count (ie. below an avatar) with point count

Or something

This sounds incredibly dumb. At least the trophies as they are cause minimal annoyance.
