What's the forum stance on multi-ratings? Sometimes I want to
and :disagree: the same post, what should I do in those cases?
Best metric is the Brofist/Agree ratio to post count to determine if a Codexer is prestigious or not. Burning Bridges is operating at less than 50% which is not a very good sign. In general, I'd say a 50-65% Brofist to post ratio indicates that said poster is a decent enough member. Agrees can be factored in as well if you want a more accurate metric. People that occupy ratios above 70% are generally very prestigious Codexers. Examples of such people are Janjetina, Commisar Draco, JarlFrank, Roguey, MRY, etc. There are many more.
Going by negative ratings is generally a pretty poor metric, as its very easy to accumulate negative ratings when posting Tweets or news items of despicable things, or if you state an opinion contrary to the Codex hivemind.
Am I the only one who sees the foot-shifting parrot as a disagree/agree indecisive option? What's the forum stance on multi-ratings? Sometimes I want toand :disagree: the same post, what should I do in those cases?

I can only tell you how I use them most of the times:Please explain:
As already stated over and over and over again, this place has far too much obscure lore to keep track of. One of the most interesting and suggestive mystery has to be the lore surrounding buttons and their meanings: what are they? Where do they come from? Where are they going? Are they allies or enemies?
As a new user, I always find myself wondering about the meaning of buttons and asking questions like "what's in a button?". Questions that nobody around me is able to answer. This is why I think we need a support group for new users trying to navigate the complex world of buttons (a world that is certainly beautiful, but a world full of risks and dangers, where it's easy to get lost forever).
In my case, I could use some help to understand which buttons are actually entirely positive and which ones have an hidden mean meaning behind them. At first, I thought thatwas a strictly positive button, but then I found out that it can also be used as a "ahah, you are a dumb dumb and your opinions deserve to be laughed at". Even the most unsuspected buttons can hide an harmful meaning, take: usually it means "I share your opinion on the subject", but put it under a post that says "I think I should kill myself" and it's no longer a friendly button. Every button has its secrets. I thought thatstood for "I learnt something useful thanks to your post", but usually I see it under the "this morning I took a giant dump" kind of posts.
We could start this support group by helping me with thebutton. What does it stand for? Does it mean "ahah you did a funny" or "you're a clown please die" ? Please help me, not knowing its meaning paralyzes me and prevents me from clicking on it.
Also, please, don't report me forfarming.
That specific button is clownworld. A right wing meme, that the (((SJWs))) are ruining the world with their insane policies, and one needs humor to endure it.

It started more harmless but /pol/ decided to drag it super far right and make it one of these faux hate symbols. You will see it usually gets used when SJW insanity is linked somewhere.

It's also a statue in Wasteland 2.is the button form of one of the Codex images (look in the Smilies tab) Prosper a.k.a. the face that never remembered (see also https://rpgcodex.net/forums/forums/prosperium.56/page-88), and that pre-existing Codex image has a long-standing use for indicating ugliness (not sure why someone with a join date of 2007 requires an explanation for this one), but the button is also used as a general expression of disapproval, as well to indicate Lawful Neutral alignment

Things that cannot be unseen. As well as opinions that are insane.
Some folks put thebutton on my posts in the screenshot thread, what does that mean?

More often used at something that's not coherent. For insane and degenerate things there's.
But what does it mean? Do they think my screenshots look swanky? I can't keep up with kids and their memes these days.Hopw roewur neSome folks put thebutton on my posts in the screenshot thread, what does that mean?
