As I understand this situation, and as is obvious from the Shoutbox exchange, he has decided to leave the Codex out of his own volition. He is not banned. Harassment by other forum members does not fall under ban either. If he was bothered by a particular member to such a degree that he considered leaving, he could have easily ignored them instead. Being mocked every day for whatever reason, justified or not, is not the same as being forcefully driven out of a forum.
