Out of those 5 I've only played RE2 and Sekiro, and both those games have more thoroughful design as a whole than Control. If just having satisfying gameplay qualifies for a GOTY nomination then I'd rather pick Devil May Cry 5, Control's combat is too one note for me.

REmake 2 and Sekiro are better. Hell what's ridicolous is that DMC5 isn't in Control place for GOTY contender.
