Is that included in either the Wasteland 2 Kickstarter or the Wasteland 3 Figstarter? Doesn't appear to be activated on my Steam account, and as far as I know I didn't get an email about it, but I know Inexile loves using that fucking god-awful third party thing to pass out keys and shit so I'm not sure if it's just hidden somewhere.

Edit: Been looking over my Inexile crap. I'm able to reach Wasteland 3 and Bard's Tale 4 on "Crowdox" even though I apparently have access to the Wasteland 3 beta and have no way (I guess?) to tell it I want it on Steam, since it says I haven't picked Steam or GoG. But the Wasteland 2 stuff was done through Inexile's own webpage which is all completely scrubbed and gone now, and all links are broken and I don't see any sign of it when I look over there. Going to assume it's not included or squirreled away anywhere then. Also not sure where the Torment shit went, haven't bothered checking that one.

I think the original Wasteland was given for free with 2.

Hello fellas, I heard Steam now allows adult games. Re-release of Lula: The Sexy Empire on Steam after more than 4 years it was re-released on GOG.

Yeah a Golden Axe/River City Ransom beat-em-up or Metroidvania seems a much better fit for the graphical styling of Samurai Jack.

another Kingdom Under Fire game hits the Steam
Heard it was cult classic but that's the first time I heard about it. Played Circles of Doom on X360 and it was mind numbing snorefest.
Wonder when they bring first one, the RTS+RPG hybrid?

This and its sequel are supposed to be the better ones. Defo buy. I never expected it to come out of the Xbox. What's nest, Phantom Dusk?

This game looks god damn hilarious from the promo trailers and screenshots. What the fucks is it though? Dynasty Warriors mixed with RTS?

The threshold line
Dynasty Warriors mixed with RTS?

Yep, that's the gist. I remember it fondly from the xbox era, the only game I miss from that console actually. It's a clusterfuck, but if it clicks for you, it provides a form of gameplay I've never experienced. It's divided in a serie of different campaigns, one per general. You have both field battles and strategic movement on a map which is more or less linear, little detours here and there and a few optional battles. In cities and encampments you can equip and level up your troops, liutenants and General, there's a basic skill trees which determines which kind of units your officers can command.
In Musou mode, you control your uber general and generate SP by performing moves and hitting enemies. You can control and give orders to your various regiments, although you rarely have more than 2-3 at a time and iirc never more than 4. Your general is always accompanied by a melee unit of his own.
Regiments can generate SP themselves by performing special actions. Charging cavalry is the best SP engine and mounted archers are a pita to setup properly but can also inflict good damage on top of SP generation from simple reanged attacks, like archers. Lancers/axe throwers stop charges and collect SP that way.

You can use said SP to power spells from your general or liutenant (one per regiment plus 2 accompanying your general in his own unit) or for special abilities, like Scorpion's earthquake. Spells are pretty basic, nukes and healing mostly but they do offer an added layer and are generally fun to use. Some units, like the swamp mammoth, are ginormous in size and impressive for the game era.

In this one you have an human army and Dark elves + orcs, the second chapter expands on factions, separating Elves and Orcs better (although some campaigns offer the old mixed army setup) and adding nice units like elementals.

Why are there only 2 games on week long deals today? Is there an upcoming sale this week or is it just a glitch in the Matrix?
