Yeah, this is shit. I expect more shit, and then last day to be the real sales. It's the new way of getting a few extra bucks.

I'm seeing way too many sub-66%s as dailies and flashes, which are the lowest an individual game will get. Incredibly weak sale, just about every game on the list has been sold for cheaper in the past.

Considering Steam is barely functional ATM, I'm not entirely sure those prices are correct

Steam works fine for me. The sales are mostly meh, but that is also related to the fact that I have most stuff what I want.

I will see whether there will be a decent Sleeping Dogs price during this sale, as I missed it when it was on sale last time. Also, I could use a pointer if any of the DLC is worth it, as the DLC costs more than the game, and most of it is probably garbage.

So Bioshock Infinite: Yea or Nay?

I enjoyed the first one, despite it's weaknesses, but didn't bother with the second. Any thoughts on the third?

It's not very similar. Mostly linear, with an ever-present companion NPC for maximum emotional engagement, even more combat-centric, and even more of a AAA theme park ride of majestic set pieces and scripted scenes, than the original Bioshock.

Nay, doesn't worth the money. Use other means for getting it if you must see it.

Other thing is: I don't think this game would be great from female perspective, it's main schtick is protecting an useless girl and feeling somewhat protective feelings for her(Can be read as RAPE!! in some countries)from what i seen.

Wow, that sucks. Bioshock 1 had it's weaknesses, and was no System Shock 2, but at least it had you exploring a city, at your own pace and discretion, in what felt like a believable environment. If this is just a console shooter with EMOTIONAL ENGAGEMENT and RPG ELEMENTS, I think I'll pass.

Haven't touched Skyrim yet but I do have an urge to try the newest Elder Scrolls game. Worth 24 Euros for the whole package?

Eeeeh, the game is worth it but it''s very likely it'll get cheaper soon, if you could wait until now then wait some more. Shows as 40% to me.

edit: reloading the page gives me a "servers under heavy load" error. :(

It doesn't even have any RPG elements to speak of.

The second one is pretty good. I enjoyed it. The first one starts out fine but gets a bit of a slog later on. Only for enthusiasts ;).

Most annoying feature: Lack of collision detection during fights, which prevents using locations to your advantage, meaningful party order (the enemy can walk through the tank to the wizard in the back) and allows for enemy stacks. Other than that, it's nice.

The character system is strictly better than Dragon Age's. The combat is strictly worse. The exploration is comparable (that is, alright in some places but overall quite bad). The story is banalshitboring fantasy and quite horrifically written.

I hated them, some liked them.

The main reason why the second Drakensang tanked was that the story was very down to earth and unepic. I found that refreshing and liked it, but yeah, if you want to save the world, you are in the wrong game. The story of the first one was more standard.
