On one hand, I agree with you: it feels out of place and should go. On the other, the fact that "Wow" has its own category is hilarious. I mean, not counting the "uncounted ones", we now have four categories: "positive" ratings, "negative" ratings, "neutral" ratings, and "Wow" ratings:

The donut should be in its own category.

Both the extra large comment buttons are stupid SomethingAwful-looking tier garbage. Varied-sized emojis in the body of a text are fine, but the row of comment buttons should be the same modest size. It's aesthetically unpleasant to have size anomalies in that row.
