Authentic or not, Codex association alone immediately discredits everything he says.

Does that work with *your* Codex association too?

I am deeply ashamed to even be here. So ashamed. What a terrible place. I would rather be at the Mos Eisley Cantina but sadly that doesn't exist. I have forgotten what a cesspit it is here once you take even half a step outside actual game discussions. Threads like this make it very difficult to stay here. I mean, have you even seen my ignore list?

It's inappropriate and unprofessional if they're in the same industry.
Out in the real world during work conferences and gatherings people get drunk and get laid all the time.
Which is a bad practice. You don't shit where you eat.

Even boring accountants will get in their underwear and go into hottubs with strangers at conferences before being stopped by Hotel Security because the pool area is closed after hours.

Allegedly.

So she did porn at some point, omg how dare she demand respect and actually get it
Isn't the point that if you're okay with doing porn you are probably not a prude that will get offended by dirty private messages? If I posted images of my private parts all over these forums then you would think it was strange if I was horrified if someone sent me a sexual pm? Would it not seem like I had some ulterior motive if I pretended to be and went public with it? MCA's only crime is being a fattie and being cringe at hitting on women. That is one of the worst crimes and much worse than murder but not legally.

Doing porn doesn't suddenly make you open to all kinds of offers. You are still a person with boundaries, friends, colleagues, people you let in your inner circle and those you leave out. That pm wasn't shitty just because it was sexual. It was shitty because it obviously breached a boundary between her and Chris and apparently, they didn't have the kind of relationship or prior intimacy to just simply permit that kind of message. Chris wouldn't even be apologizing if it were any other way.

The whole thing is about building and maintaining trust and when you receive an unsolicited message like that that simply doesn't respect your boundaries, it breaks that trust.

Dude, you obviously are not Mr Current Events. There are tweets that are very sexual in nature regarding CMA specifically.

You have to get over that or leave. You aren't responsible for everything that happens here nor can you really influence it, it's in the nature of the site. But if you paint everybody here with the same brush you overlook that there are lots of cool people on the codex

Interesting turn of events, though.

What 'turn of events'?
This has all been quite obvious to anyone with a functioning brain.

Agree. This is what happens when you assume the truth without hard facts and just go by one person’s version of the story. AKA the “believe all women” mantra.

It’s obvious to anyone with a brain that this is an awful position.

Hey if you're gonna sign a paper that you will later find "unfair", at least don't bitch about it like a sad little old man. That is what men do. Bitch about shit and blame it on women. Good riddance and may goddess protect gold digging whores, they are some of the finest things in life. They take and put up with so much shit from men, they deserve every last coin of that juicy gold. I wish *I* were a gold digging whore but alas, I just can't take any shit from men, I don't have the stomach for it, wasn't built for it. Huge respect to gold digging whores.

Yes he was a cringe nerd and misread her. Maybe if we all were completely autistic and declared our intentions openly all the time there would be no misunderstandings.

Shut up misogynist, just because she is okay with everyone watching her get it on with a rapey guy that does not mean she isn't freaking out years later over some fat simp offering to eat her out while drunk one time.

Some ppl will suggest that, but I think that's a bridge too far. [EDIT] Being in porn doesn't automatically mean it's ok to send endless dick pics and what not. Especially not in an unrelated industry [EDIT] However, the revelations are more important due to her association with an alleged rapist, all the while clutching her pearls over some sext from a fatty. All to be part of the victimization of the other women.
He did not send dickpix but cringe. It is a crime against humanity but it is not illegal or immoral to be cringe.
It's all cringe. If you watched two people talk for the first time or a guy ask a girl out and go out on a date it would almost always be cringe. It's only not cringe when you're in the relationship itself. It's only considered wrong here because the line didn't work and it was published, but it would have worked on some women, so I don't see the big deal. Men shouldn't be so quick to judge other men or get offended on the behalf of women when they call a guy a creep for giving a line they don't like. I've seen plenty of women complain about guys saying some awkward line (non-sexual) to them, then labeling him creepy and attempting to destroy his reputation. All for the sin of being unattractive and saying something unappealing to them.

If this bitch really cared about her bf and being faithful to him, she wouldn't have been flirting with MCA and texting him at 1-2am. She caught him drunk, saying something stupid, then took advantage of him by publishing it for the world to see for some attention on social media and/or to break into the gaming industry.

Do you even know anyone who (used to) whore themselves out? Knew a woman, turned out she was doing lots of shady shit with a lumpen crowd. It fundamentally changed (from a reasonable baseline) the way she viewed herself, her worth, her dignity, friends, """romantic""" relationships, even instant/delayed gratification turned for the worse.

Being a skank isn't a punch-clock thing.

As a woman, your opinion is valid and very important and we can all stand to listen to you more... let me stop what I'm doing to linger on your words of wisdom a bit, this is clearly very important.
