Really, Dragonshard's greatest crime is that it's a strategy game in a setting that has had a recent continent wide total war between an ever-shifting alliance of 5 nations and a bunch of minor groups, and is teetering on another, but they made the plot completely unrelated to either.

Eberron canonicly does have bathrooms with a magical cleaning device to clean your hands and everything else when you're done. Presumably it does clean the toilets themselves as well. Sadly both Eberron video games are set far away from civilization and didn't care much for the lore in the first place so this isn't exactly shown.

They made Eberron video games?

DDO and Dragonshard.

Not on this autistic level but Exanima kinda has this. Every level that was a living place has many medieval toilets and when you go deeper underground to a different place their culture has its own advanced toilet designs. You can search them and one toilet even has a powerful arcane item hidden in it. There is a level without any toilets in it and I remember people were actually complaining about it thinking its a bug not realizing that the devs do everything for a reason in their world design...
