And the Cybertron games are cool, bros. Despite the boring machine visuals, there is some good spectacle in these games when you have giant TFs like Trypticon and Omega Supreme on screen.

I played the first one when it came out, and loved it from start to finish.

A little repetitive, but so very entertaining.

Codex 2014 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy
*checks voice cast*

Of the originals they got (age):
Optimus Prime (Cullen's a bro) (75)
Megatron/Soundwave (Welker's a god among VA) (69)
Grimlock (Berger's also a bro) (65)
Bumblebee (65)
Sideswipe/Scrapper (77)
Devastator (68)

The guy who's voicing Wheeljack is new, though.

The ones that are dead:

Starscream (Chris Latta scared people with his voiceacting, that's how good he was)
Thundercracker (John Stephenson had a very limited range of voices but was in high demand, like Mr. Slate on the Flintstones. He was also the last surviving member of the Flintstones cast when he died earlier this year)
Jazz (Scatman Crothers cannot be replaced)
Ratchet (Legendary VA Don Messick who also voiced Scooby Doo and Muttley)

This game is looking better with every trailer they release.

The Cybertron games deserve more recognition, the Fall one was one of the best Transformer games ever made (too bad that the third game is nowhere in sight). This one doesn't look too bad though. Hopefully there's a Decepticon campaign.

There is third game call Rise of Dark Spark although since Highmoon is no more it was made by another studio. Sadly its strange mix of crossover with Transformers movies.

Has Platinum ever made a bad game before?

No. Their only meh game was Korra and that was due to time constraints and low budget. I'm sure it's solid for a $15 dollar game. I'm still waiting for a beat-em-up a la God Hand. A man can dream.

Too bad it's $50 and apparently four or five hours long.
