Wikipedia's description of the same relief says:

A woman clipping her pubic hair with shears. 12th century relief now in the Museum of Ancient Art in the Castello sforzesco in Milan, Italy. Picture by Giovanni Dall'Orto, january 6 2007. The sculpture is said to represent emperor Frederick I, Holy Roman Emperor's wife in a debasing attitude, but it possibly belongs to the tradition of Celtic "impudic" images used to keep Evil away: see: http://www.beyond-the-pale.org.uk/irish.htm
Such rough clipping is clearly not the same as the "artistic" shaving in TW3. Of course we can't rule out that Medieval Polish peasant girls didn't create elaborate pubic hairstyles, that just happen to look just like in porn made since the 1980s, but Occam's Razor suggests otherwise.
I really don't understand why some people care about historical authenticity in a fantasy game taking place in a fictional world with dwarves, magic, etc.
Because it looks out of place in that world.

Especially when it comes to the sensitive issue of public hair and personal hygiene.
Why did CDPR display their vaginas in the first place then?

You could go to museum, look at some Renaissance or Baroque painting, Egyptian frescos or statues most woman on them are shaved. It's a great idea to remove hair in sensitive areas if you don't have access to such modern conveniences as running water and sewerage.
Some say pubic hair was taboo on European paintings because depicting it is was considered too lewd, not because it didn't exist in real life. But there could certainly have existed pubic hair fashion trends among upper-class women, and so it would make more sense on any of TW3's sorceresses. Peasant girls seems more doubtful though, as https://crfashionbook.com/history-of-pubic-hair/ (NSWF) mentions:

The ancient Greeks considered pubic hair uncivilized and in later European societies keeping pubic hair trimmed and neat was considered more refined and therefore linked to class and status,

It also seems to have fallen out of use during the European Middle Ages, https://www.dw.com/en/womens-pubic-grooming-from-full-bush-to-brazilian/a-69872582 says:
The procedure, however, became taboo during the Middle Ages. At least officially, because the Catholic Church forbade the sinful treatment of one's own body. There is not enough information about whether and how the women of that time reacted to this decree.
Between the 16th and 18th centuries, a lush bush was actually considered a sign of good health, said Sanyal.
"Syphilis was very common at the time. Pubic hair often fell out as a result," she said. "In order to appear healthy, people wore pubic wigs." Such wigs were popular with women in the sex trade. If clients gave them pubic lice, it was easier to remove the crabs after the act.

To complicate things further, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merkin explains:

A merkin is a pubic wig. Merkins were worn by prostitutes after shaving their mons pubis, and are used as decorative items or erotic devices by both men and women.
...
The Oxford Companion to the Body dates the origin of the pubic wig to the 1450s. According to the publication, women would shave their pubic hair for personal hygiene and to combat pubic lice. They would then put on a merkin. Also, sex workers would wear a merkin to cover up signs of disease, such as syphilis

Do people of Witcher's world have these things or they go to a local bath house once a week?
The people living in the TW3 swamp seem too poor to support a local bathhouse. The cronies may have their own though, or use magic.

I'm not sure, but their clothing industry is quite developed, this is absolutely certain. Because Geralt's trousers have too modern flyers for pseudo-medieval civilization we are shown in the game.
Alas I know nothing about that, CDPR may get away this single time... :(

The Witcher games are one of several examples of how western world praises and adores a man who could fcuk any women he comes across. A characteristic of an ideal man. And you people want to teach others about moral? Give me a break.

That's not the point at all, he is loathed in setting and only has sex with other societal rejects. It's like being jealous of or admiring the crack dealer who fucks homeless women who are addicted to drugs.

Have you ever read The Dream of the Red Chamber? If not, give it a try.

It's a 18th-century Chinese novel; one of the most significant piece of their literature, like Don Quixote for a Spanish one.

Also it's a Pierian spring of all Eastern harem mangas, h-games and other Asian degeneracy.

I basically forced myself to finish The Witcher 3 because of its length and didn't even touch the DLCs. The main issue is that the game’s design restricts variety in builds, you're stuck playing as Geralt, so there’s no flexibility to switch playstyles. For example, you can’t start as a caster and later respec into a pure strength build. This means you’re forced to fight the same seven reskinned enemies throughout the game using the same combat style.
The animation and voice acting were superb at the time, and no RPG could compare to it back then. Still, the game suffered from Ubisoft-style map markers and an investigation mechanic that was basically holding the right mouse button to see a blood trail.

I think the witcher 2 was best in the series.

I mean it is kind of a given that when playing a game called "Witcher" you will be forced to play as a witcher. For me the problem was that the "skill tree" is mostly made out of things that feel like baseline capabilities gated behind a level up. So instead of getting stronger Geralt is just becoming less of a cripple. Its not until you unlock mutations in one of the DLCs that there can even be any serious talk about getting stronger or making builds.

Being horny is a cultural thing? You're a fuckin mental retard, you know that?
The west glorifies sexual degeneracy.
The fags do. I don't consider them a part of Western culture. More like a roach infestation. We're getting ever closer to extermination, give it time

I see nothing wrong with such games as power fantasies except that the Geralt character is unconvincing in so many ways, for example turning into a cuck as soon as he encounters any female main character.

That's not the point at all, he is loathed in setting and only has sex with other societal rejects. It's like being jealous of or admiring the crack dealer who fucks homeless women who are addicted to drugs.
That's what the lore claims, but is it true in practice? I recall several reputable females that agree to Geralt's advances. He's also frequently invited or welcomed by kings and other high-ranking persons.
