Needs to crit and the bots need to be close and the ap cost is extremely high but yeah if your very lucky maybe.

AFAIK it seems bugged, I cant get soldiers to spawn in it on 2 builds. Just checked an older version and they spawn fine. Wierd.

What's with spells like Precognition? Who in his right mind would spend 25 psi points per round for 20% dodge and evasion?
I was just about do dump dozens of skillpoints into Temporal Manipulation when I realized there's a cap on PTC at 148 points. I'm at 123/154 now. Dodged a bullet
So I was looking through the Wiki a bit and there really seems to be very limited use of a higher TM skill than ~150. Or am I missing something?
