For some reason this cannot find the CD. Has anyone ever got this running on DosBox?

Does dosbox itself read the disk on drive A?

Regardless, I would advise against using drives A and B to emulate hdd or cd, as they were traditionally reserved for floppy drives.

Look for any ini or cfg files inside the game directory, it might have already assigned the cd drive to a particular letter.

Also, why is this in "adventure gaming"? This is an insult to proper RPGs like Realms of Arkania. This subforum is reserved for visual novels like disco delusion.

Yeah I messed around with mounting to d and e, etc. same result. Usually those old game used D for the CDR drive. I will have another look through the config files.

I suppose this thread can get moved to RPG although...it feels somewhat like an adventure game for me.
