Void Destroyer has reached its final week on Kickstarter, currently having $20,692 of its requested $20,000 goal.

The game promises to be a combination of space combat simulation and real time strategy.

Be sure to also check our their website, which has a download of a playable Alpha.

Looks like Homeworld. Only with rather shit art direction and horrid writing.

Also do hope they let big ships break up into smaller pieces instead of making them all go boom the same way. For some reason it bothers me.

This is a one man project, more or less (afaik, he's buying external art), so better keep your inner graphics whore restrained ;)
