Divinity: Original Sin Wasteland 2
- Larger world and more content
the more the better (not skimping on the quality though)
- Expanded character dialog and voice acting
only the first one
- Expanded audio, but NOT voice acting
more immershunn
- Enhanced NPC portraits and equipment artwork
Definitely this. not the 3D trash

- Mod kit
I want it to be moddable, I want it to be moddable to the extent of Paradox games and Civilization

edit: wow noticed that my choices got the most votes.Bros after my own heart

modkit is unrealistic. they kickstarted the campaign for a game and that's all they need to deliver. a modkit is not a game, it is a tool to create a game. is not a bad idea per se, because they will have to develop such a thing anyway, but it means resources are wasted. and they already have the task to deliver something really good. i don't want to piss on your parade, but drop this request. isometric, turn-based combat, c&c, intelligent dialogues, exceptional story is what matters.

Having a modkit for a turn- and party-based game would be really, really cool!

New FRUA, here we come! :P

Practically all options in this are wasted ressources anyway. Like voice acting and enhanced special effects / graphics. And if they're going to deepen character dialog after the fact it won't have any real incidence on the game so it'll be fluff.

I went for the 8-bit version, the mod kit & expanded world. Sadly the pixel art isn't going to happen with only 10 votes going for it. Oh well.

The 8-bit version would be very cool, but I think that "expanded world" and modkit are the only two choices that aren't a waste of resources and would make the game better.

I wouldn't want them to waste cash on stupid voice acting and "explosions"... who the hell voted for that, anyway?

You just don't want the game looking better than yours, Charles...;)

Also any word on when the Gold version of your game will come out? I and I'm sure many others that were hesitant to get the er...'acquired taste' version will buy a copy to support a real bro and maybe allow you to keep your home.

Practically the entire first page of comments is on those two topics. Avid readers that don't like to read on a computer so they need the story read to them and players that don't play mods because they are made by amateurs (seconded and thirded, no less!).

I say take their money then kick them out :p

may be a bit crazy but not suicidal :)

It could be released quicker but I kept getting new ideas for it. I lack discipline... I'm redrawing the weaker maps & have added three new ones... Let's not stray from the topic though.

You're right I'm trying to sabotage W2 so it looks not as good as mine and... Aw shit. I should see if I can take the mod kit vote back. That's actually real bad for me :D

Heh didn't know you could vote for more than one option. Updated my vote to include expanded world.

We should start a Wasteland 2 Forum Codex Vigilance thread. This way we can be always up-to-date, force our choice in any poll and strike with the force of a thousand furious flaming faggots* when some bioware morons dare to show their dumbfuckery there.
In the grim present of the 2nd millenium there is still hope. :rpgcodex:

* by the way, where the fuck is he? his EU3 aztec LP lies abandoned :decline:

Steadily approaching 1,100,000...will get to $1.5 mil by the start of next week...then I bet there will be periodic bursts when people get their wages/dole checks with a final surge before the end. Jesus...I was optimistic but even I didn't think it could be so successful so soon!

Brian certainly was worried if he tried to get the goal below the psychological million mark and offered his own money. He'd better show more faith in the Angry Cunt Gamers of Yesteryear in the future and not fuck it up with tablet, fagBOX and Gaystation versions or take on board idiotic shit like Falloutfag13's bromances!

I'm still waiting for my compatible debit card to arrive so I cannot lend support on the forums yet but at least I see that the Codex comrades are taking the fight to the enemy! Not a step back! This fucking decline ENDS HERE!!!!

I prefer no involvment from community, because this game will look like a frankenstein - too many ideas and preferences mixed up. It will be fine if this project stay closed, between dev staff in matter of ideas and features. I can trust them as long they not aiming for Bioware market nor Beth.
Also JRPG wankers fuck off!
