We Need A Space Under Our Avatars to Include Our Pronouns

We need a space under our avatars to include our pronouns. We could replace Location, which no one uses anyway, or just add one. Reasons to do this:

-There are lots of trans Codexers, and even some that were semi-famous porn stars, and this would be a nice way to make them feel welcome.
-I don't know which pronouns other Codexers use, so it would be helpful.
-Codex is known on the internet as a right-wing haven for racists and homophobes, which regardless of your political positions, isn't a great thing for the long term viability of the website. It would be a good way to signal that the administration here doesn't necessarily endorse what many of the forums' members use the forums to espouse. I try to defend Codex as much as possible and let people know that we aren't all racist, gay hating, transphobes, but it's really difficult to do so when anyone can come here and take a screenshot of a bunch of thread titles with racial and trans slurs in the titles.
-No one would have to use it if they didn't want to, so no one would have right to complain.
-It would really piss resetera off. They don't have spaces for people to share pronouns.

Yes I am. I'm sick of seeing thread titles with racial slurs and other shit. We could at least keep that to the inside of threads. There are several users here who are literally only here because they are allowed to say the n word and use trans/gay slurs. Codex admin needs to decide at some point what they want to actively endorse. What I'm suggesting would be an easy way for them to suggest that they don't necessarily endorse what their users espouse.

Most normal people aren't going to want to post here because they'll likely be terrified of being fired if they are doxed. And developers definitely aren't going to want to post here when the racism and homophobia are so blatant. It wasn't like this when I joined back in 2012. At some point, the reputation of the forum got out and started attracting racists and homophobes, so it's a self-perpetuating cycle.

I'm just suggesting ways that Codex might attract a wider demographic of user, as opposed to just racist & homophobic 30-55 year old men. If Codex wants to be the video game subforum of Stormfront, that's fine, but it's going to become increasingly more Stormfront as the years go on, all while it becomes increasingly irrelevant to the industry.

I honestly don't think the pronouns are necessary. Once a person clarified how it wants to be addressed it is fine. Pronouns selection was a thing put up for those fragile people that don't want to even allow someone to missgender them. They are forced unnecessary and they don't represent anything. I may agree that some people log in to the codex only to sperg and lash out and some of them don't bring any contributions to the site however again this is the codex free speech should be allowed. The lack of education of some individuals is a whole different matter.
