Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
For the moment lets assume that clan Brujah represents the overall political thinking of White Wolf publishing or Cyanide - the best thing they can do is either split the "clan" (as America and the UK are split) or create a hippie, tree-hugging, independent, rebellious type of thinking. Where the werewolves are just protecting their territory and way of life. I would have thought that most companies have witnessed that lefty crap doesn't really sell. The latest shift in Marvel comics comes to mind. Otherwise I'm looking forward to the game.

BIGBEN acquires the editing and distribution rights to WEREWOLF: THE APOCALYPSE – EARTHBLOOD

22 November 2018
Lesquin, November 22, 2018. BIGBEN is happy to announce that they have reached an agreement with Focus Home Interactive to publish and distribute Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood. Cyanide Studio, who joined the Bigben group in 2018 and who has been working on developing the game for nearly two years, remains in charge of adapting the title which comes from the World of Darkness universe.
Since the game was announced by Paradox Interactive and Focus Home Interactive in January 2017, the player community and the specialised press have shown growing interest in the adaptation of the famous role-playing game.

We are thrilled to have reached this agreement which considers, in an equitable way, the different parties’ investments. This will allow Cyanide to keep the ball rolling on the game’s development and to give its numerous fans a really unique experience, in a universe that gamers are very fond of,” declared Alain Falc, Bigben’s CEO.

“The intense action and desperate supernatural danger of Werewolf is a perfect fit for BigBen,” said Shams Jorjani, VP Business Development at Paradox Interactive, and interim manager at White Wolf. “And this is happening at the best time, because of our renewed focus on brand management and licensing. This allows us to give our partners exactly what they need to develop amazing customer experiences in their licensed products. Video games always have been a key pillar to White Wolf’s brand strategy: they’re an incredibly powerful medium for great World of Darkness stories! So, we are looking forward very much to this partnership, and to many others, in the months and years ahead.”

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood is the first action-RPG game adaptation of the iconic role-playing game. Become Cahal, a banished werewolf, forced to return to the aid of his endangered clan and master the devastating Rage within him to punish all those that would pollute, destroy, and corrupt our Mother Earth, Gaïa. On his bloody quest for redemption, Cahal will play a pivotal role in the Great War of the Garou against Pentex, a powerful corporation whose activities are upsetting the balance of nature.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood will be available on both PC and consoles in 2020.

Glad they got a delay (and a better title), they certainly need it.

My team has the sexiest and deadliest waifus you can recruit.
Yeah the title is way better now. I still don't really trust Cyanide to not fuck up the potential that comes with Werewolf, but a delay could help iron the game out at least.

Although I have no particular feelings about Cyanide, Bigben bankrolled Sherlock: Devil's Daughter and has a long resume of mobile games and shovelware, so I am not optimistic.

Bigben Interactive has announced the lineup of games it is bringing to E3 2019, which runs from June 11 to 13 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and it includes the public debut of Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood, Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory, and more.

Get the details below.

Video Games

Journalists will get the chance to discover Bigben’s upcoming video games with the various studio’s developers present:

  • Bee Simulator (Varsav Game Studios): Collect pollen, interact with your peers, with the queen, and with other animal species. Freely explore Honey Park, a universe inspired by Central Park. Become the bee that will save your swarm from the humans as you complete the main and secondary missions.
  • Farmer’s Dynasty (Toplitz Productions): Farmer’s Dynasty offers an experience that’s unique in its genre by mixing together mechanics from construction and management simulations, farming simulations, role-playing games and life simulation games. Life a farmer’s life: build your farm, found a family, and harvest your fields.
  • The Fisherman – Fishing Planet (Fishing Planet LLC): All the content of Fishing Planet, the gold standard for fishing simulations, gathered in a single premium edition for consoles and PC, and sprinkled with exclusive elements. Players can try out several fishing techniques and try to hook over 100 different species of fish whose artificial intelligence is based on the actual behavior of each individual species.
  • Overpass (Zordix Racing): In this off-road simulation centered on overcoming obstacles, the player takes control of powerful buggies and quads racing across extreme tracks and incredibly hazardous terrain.
  • Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory (Black Shamrock): The Computer has made you a Troubleshooter with a red security clearance! Your mission is to track down traitors in Alpha Complex and neutralize them. Adapted from the popular tabletop role-playing game, Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory is an RPG with novel mechanics in a dystopian universe packed with dark humor.
  • The Sinking City (Frogwares): An adventure and investigation game inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft where the player plays as Charles, a private detective who has just arrived in Oakmont, Massachusetts, to investigate the cause of an unprecedented supernatural flood. Unravel the mystery starting June 27 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
  • Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood (Cyanide): Presented for the first time at E3, Werewolf: The Apocalypse is the first action-RPG game adapted from the eponymous role-playing game. Embodying Cahal, a banished werewolf who must come to the aid of his threatened clan, the player will learn to control the devastating Rage they can unleash to punish those who pollute, destroy, and corrupt Gaia, the Earth Mother.
  • WRC 8 (Kylotonn): After a 2-year absence, the official game is back with new, more realistic physics, more technical tracks, pacenotes that have been completely redone to improve fluidity, dynamic weather during races, and a completely redesigned career mode.
  • Other games will be revealed at our stand…

They could do the DEFINITIVE rpg if they don't do another walking sim!
Earthblood instead of Earthbound!
You play as a doggie (sadly in Earthbound doggie left the party very early in game because it was a coward) and you fight Gygax instead of Giygas. I mean, fighting the creator of D&D would be epic.

Bigben Interactive Teases More From Action RPG ‘Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood’

French developer Cyanide Studio is teasing more of “Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood,” an upcoming action RPG set in White Wolf’s World of Darkness tabletop-game universe. It’s slated for release on PC and consoles in 2020.

According to a press release from November, Cyanide has been working on the project for roughly two and a half years. While the game’s Twitter account’s been dormant since February 2018, a new website (and accompanying artwork) suggests “Earthblood” will be a significant part of Bigben Interactive’s E3 lineup. It seems likely that a trailer will be unveiled during a larger livestream or press conference.

A video-game adaptation of “Werewolf: The Apocalypse” was first announced in January 2017 by Paradox Interactive and Focus Home Interactive; Bigben made an agreement to publish the project in 2018.

“The intense action and desperate supernatural danger of ‘Werewolf’ is a perfect fit for Bigben,” White Wolf VP Shams Jorjani said in November. “Video games always have been a key pillar to White Wolf’s brand strategy: they’re an incredibly powerful medium for great World of Darkness stories! So, we are looking forward very much to this partnership, and to many others, in the months and years ahead.”

The annual Electronic Entertainment Expo, better known as E3, takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 11 to 13. As is tradition, however, things will kick off early on Saturday at 12 p.m. ET with Electronic Arts’ EA Play event, which is being held at the Hollywood Palladium on June 8 and 9. Nintendo’s also hosting a number of esports tournaments throughout Saturday afternoon.

Microsoft will hold its big Xbox E3 2019 Briefing on Sunday, June 9, at 4 p.m. ET. Publishers Bethesda and Devolver Digital also have press conferences scheduled that same evening at 8:30 and 10 p.m. ET, respectively.

E3 2019 is coming to Los Angeles on June 11 through 13, and we’ll cover all the highlights of the event here at Variety as well.

What universe is he from where this is true? Very little has been done with WoD when it comes to video games. No, I don't exactly consider those Hunter games splattering across multiple consoles as notable examples. In fact, it would be safe to say White Wolf has done jack shit with the property beyond literary domain, roleplaying or not. I can only assume this is Paradox tightening the reins considering White Wolf had their leash tightened.
