Once you have passed the moderation period (think of it as a test), you will be able to post normally, just like all the other retards.

Why can't I rate my own posts?

For example, If I post something, it would be good that I can rate it to find how good or bad they are.

I don't think there's some problem you rate it before you post in effort to see how relevant is your post.

When is the ability for us to rate other people’s ratings being implemented
ratings by other people are often subjective, so it should be an option first to rate your own posts, and then they can rate it too

I think we should be able to rate every single HTML element on every page. That includes ratings of course.
