It lets people know they have mixed bits like "He" lets you know they have a cock and "She" lets you know they have a vagina + boobs. "He-She" can be for cock + artificial induced boobs (or artificial cock + normal boobs for female to male). I think the distinction should be one of the bits is artificial.

I guess there could be some confusion in that regards, but I don't think motivation really factors into what a person actually has on their body at a given point. Another adjective could be used to describe their motivations. (Similar to how the pronoun "he" doesn't let you know if a person is Gay or not)

I'm sure distinctive enough definitions could be made for that revolving around the idea of "changing sex" and "artificial bits".

Theoretically, if a person could change their sex completely and have the full functionality (within a range of norms) of the sex they changed too, I think it would be appropriate to use "he" or "she".

Yeah, but then what would the criteria be? I mean, you could ask a tranny how they felt about so and so and you'd get them usually saying what seemed most feminine to them because they are basically larping a gender and usually building every action around that. I won't ever call someone born male a female vice versa until I am forced by law to do so (something that is probably not too far down the road the way things are going). You are what you were born. The only confusing case is when someone is born with both traits. Then I guess it should be their decision what path to follow and it's just as well.
