I was going through the famous "Why did Sir-tech go bankrupt?" thread https://rpgcodex.net/forums/index.php?threads/why-did-sir-tech-go-bankrupt.53695/page-55 and even after all these years I don't get it.

If I had all the materials in my hands, I would scan the shit out of them, make copy of every single floppy disk.. but for some reason, the seller just did not care. I can't stop thinking about these disks possibly with playable demo of the game...

Anyway, I would like to share my collection of Stones of Arnhem materials here. Many original links are no longer valid and the materials we could see could get lost eventually - in the package you can also find source links to most of the files I got. What I got is gathered from several different sources, so some materials can still be missing. If you want to say thank you, please share anything I missed.

Here is the download link: https://www.filehosting.org/file/details/873510/soa.zip
or alternative: https://www69.zippyshare.com/v/VXUXbGr9/file.html
or dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zqmyi6ki1kjp2j1/soa.zip (thanks to AdolfSatan)

UPDATED VERSION NOW AVAILABLE (updated on 19-12-2020):

Password: cleve

There are:
  • 85 pictures from 3 sketchbooks
  • 15 maps
  • 20+ other materials
  • in updated version also available: 250+ pictures, 15 PDF files
I would also like to ask everyone for help, as we are still missing some pictures/files/documents that were previously available. I contacted everyone involved in the communication I could track, but following items have not been found again:

There is still a chance that someone have made a copy and stored it. If you happen to be that person, please contact me and I will happily add these files to the existing collection.

Great, thanks. I'm reading the resignation letter of Cleve with his critique on Crusaders of the Dark Savant, very interesting indeed.

I believe (some) files from upload in this post may be missing https://rpgcodex.net/forums/index.p...r-tech-go-bankrupt.53695/page-67#post-2395002

The file is long gone, I tried to contact its author, I hope he still have it somewhere. Still, if anyone happen to have a copy, I could sort it and extend the collection I posted here.

I uploaded the sketches from that link here, as you requested:

https://www66.zippyshare.com/v/gpo9KsRr/file.html

Enjoy... the sketches are interesting to say the least.

Here is a second file with lower resolution on the sketches, but it includes maps and other legal documents.

https://www54.zippyshare.com/v/JY8sIxxp/file.html

Once I was done scanning them, I mailed all of the documents to our dark underlord in Australia.

Do you guys think the strong museum still has the game info buried away or do you think part(or all) of it was destroyed on Sirtech's request?

I'm referencing this photo. Arnhem was a linear jrpg so it is would have brought just more decline.

It was a clown world game 20 years ahead of its time.
Yeah, it's even further ahead of it's time since no major games since have had tranny furries.
I was thinking that if Arnhem was released, Wizardry being a big rpg franchise at time how it would have affected the RPG industry. Maybe we'd be living in a world where Final Fantasy-style linearity is normal for CRPGs from 1994 onwards.
Cleve by not spending several years on the game did the genre a great service.

Has anyone got a mirror of the documents? These links are all dead.

It was in reference to taxalot's prediction regarding Grimoire.

Thanks to rpgcodex, we now have 12 more PDF documents available. I believe that some of them have never been shared before, while others have been only partially available - now they are scanned in pretty good quality.

You can download everything I have gathered so far from this link (password is in the OP):

I remember this thread. I contacted someone involved in the game, and they promptly shat on Cleve while defending the alleged pedo creature Max Phipps. Chaos ensued, with the guy coming on and claiming I lied, and fled. I never did get sent a picture of the Penisaurus though....sorry.
