Can anyone explain why xenforo forums love to automatically redirect my browser to the main site page?
I only use 2 xenforo sites (codex and adrenaline [brazillian tech/pc site]), but this happens with both sites: out of nowhere when im browsing the forum, I get redirected to the main page (on codex case, from "rpgcodex.net/forums" to "rpgcodex.net"). I cant find any specific reasson or trigger that makes my browser redirect and im kinda lazy to create an account on the xenforo official site to ask. Its very random and doesnt happen that often, but still annoying.

It's a problem on your end, XF doesn't do anything like that on its own. Probably some addon you're using, that's the source of any undesirable behaviour in 95% of cases.

I don't know, I would at least suggest making home the last menu item since you're not as likely to hit 6 randomly and the other shortcuts just open their menus so it's not aa big of a deal if you hit them accidently.

You could just make all of the entries into menus. If you have to traverse a menu dungeon before you get to the home page you won't do that accidentally.
